On March 14, 2022, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a non-residential special use permit for a salvage yard in the Industrial zoning district located on the property identified
as PIN # 1515-42-0304.000. The Board granted the special use permit without conditions.
In order to validate this approval, please continue to work with the Harnett County Planning Department to obtain commercial site plan approval and all required development permits.
Please be advised that the special use permit is valid for a period of two years from the date of approval. If no action is taken before March 14, 2024, the special use permit will
become invalid.
