Since this property is within the protected watershed, a maximum of 24% of impervious surfaces could be utilized. Attached is the site plan. The Engineer for the project will be available for comment in regards to how they plan to deal with the conditions on site. As the watershed board, the BOA may grant a SNIA on a project by project basis based on the criteria below as long as there is available area within the watershed and the applicant does not go over 70% impervious. Streams/Rivers The accurate location of all perennial streams and natural drainage areas on the property. Adjacent Property Owners The names of adjoining property owners. Buffers The location of all required buffer areas. Private Water and Sewer Systems Individual water supply systems and/or ground absorption sewage disposal systems may be permitted subject, to preliminary approval by the County Health Department that there is sufficient space on the lot for such systems.
