The requested rezoning to RA-30 was found to have an unreasonable impact on the surrounding community and does not enhance or maintain the public health, safety, and general welfare
due to the potential school impacts on the existing, overburdened school system in this area. Therefore the Harnett County Commissioners DENIED the rezoning request.
