CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00

OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
A. PHALANX CROSSFIT- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW (SITE2212-0003). Jarrod Hilliard; Hilliard Engineering represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Jay Sikes; Development Services made a motion to conditionally approve the plat, and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE PHALANX CROSSFIT DECISION PACKET)
B. KHALIL CAR SALES- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW (SUB2212-0001). No one represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; E911/Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat, and Jay Sikes; Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE KHALIL CHOHAN CAR SERVICES DECISION PACKET)
C. BRICKYARD PLACE- MULTI-FAMILY SITE PLAN REVIEW (SUB2212-0002). Stephanie Shuler, owner and Ben Dewar; Surveyor represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat, and Jay Sikes; Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally

D. SENTERS FARMS PHASE 2- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2212-0014). Beth Blackmon; Timmons Group represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services made a motion to conditionally approve the plat, and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to
conditionally approve the plat. (SEE SENTERS FARM PHASE 2 DECISION PACKET)
E. ATHERSTONE PHASE 2- MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2212-0013). Dylan Teabo; Bohler Engineering, and Josh Spiegel; LGI Homes represented the application and the Board
had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat, and Meade Bradshaw; Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to
conditionally approve the plat. (SEE ATHERSTONE PHASE 2 DECISION PACKET)
F. RAWLS CLUB ACRES- MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2212-0017). No one represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services made a motion to conditionally approve the plat, and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to
conditionally approve the plat. (SEE RAWLS CLUB ACRES DECISION PACKET)
OTHER BUSINESS:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Jay Sikes; Development Services made a motion to approve the minutes for December 14, 2022, Meade Bradshaw; Development Services seconded the DRB minutes and it
was unanimously approved.
ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING: The meeting adjourned at 9:45
