CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. This meeting was held via zoom due to the Covid-19 virus.
BOARD INTRODUCTIONS

NEW BUSINESS:
A. MCLEOD CUSTOM CAR GARAGE- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW (SITE2208-0002). Robert Runyan, Architect represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat, and Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too

B. BAIN PROPERTY – MAJOR SUBDIVIION PRELIMINARY PLAN PLAT REVIEW (SUB2208-0029), Fleet Temple; Temple Engineering and Bradley Stancil; Bradley Built represented the application and the
Board had discussions.
DECISION: Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded
the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally approve the plat. (SEE BAIN PROPERTY DECISION PACKET)
C. THE HOMES@REEDY BRANCH - MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2208-0031), Jeremy Thomas; Thomas Engineering represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911Addressing made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Jay Sikes, Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally

D. BIRCHWOOD GROVE II PHASE 1- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2208- 0033), Dillon Smith; Ballentine Associates represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; E911/Addressing made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Jay Sikes, Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally

E. WESTERN HARNETT DEVELOMENT- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2208- 0034), Douglas Cooper & Jeremy Keeny; Morris & Ritchie Associates of NC represented the application
and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911Addressing made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Jay Sikes, Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally

F. JOHNNY FAIRCLOTH- MINOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2208- 0032), No one represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911Addressing seconded

G. BIRCHWOOD 1 PHASE 3- MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2208- 0026), Thurm Bowen represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Jay Sikes, Development Services made a motion to hold the plat and Tammy Ward; E911/Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to hold the plat. (SEE BIRCHWOOD

H. MASON LANDING- MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2208- 0030), Jared Matthews, Hal Long, and Wayne Mauldin; Mauldin Watkins Surveying represented the application and the
Board had discussions.
DECISION: Jay Sikes, Development Services made a motion to hold the plat and Tammy Ward; E911/Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to hold the plat. (SEE MASON

OTHER BUSINESS:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Jay Sikes, Development Services made a motion to approve the minutes for August 24, 2022, Tammy Ward, GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the DRB minutes and it was unanimously
approved.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 10:25
