Fuquay Avenue Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION/PERMIT # BOA2209-0003 PIN # 1508-08-1016.000 Mr. Jared Matthews: On October 10, 2022, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a non-residential special use permit for a multifamily residential townhome development in the RA-30 zoning district, located on property PIN # 1508-08-1016.000. The next step in the development process is to submit an application for site plan review to go before the Development Review Board (DRB). Please contact the Harnett County Planning Department at (910) 893-7525, option 2 for application deadlines, meeting dates, and general application questions. Please be advised that the special use permit is valid for a period of two years from the date of approval. If no action is taken before October 10, 2024, the special use permit will become invalid.
