Jay, As discussed, we would like to table the Gryphon Estates project (G&J Development) scheduled for tonight’s PB hearing. It is my understanding that a tabled project will be placed on the following month’s agenda unless otherwise requested by the applicant or owner of record. Please advise if I am mistaken. Thank you.
