On May 9, 2022 the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a non-residential special use permit for open storage for boats and RVs in the RA-20R zoning district located on PIN #
9569-72-3592.000. The Board granted the special use permit with no additional conditions.
In order to validate this approval, you must obtain all required developmental permits. Please continue to work with the Harnett County Planning Department to begin the commercial site
plan review process.
Please be advised that the special use permit is valid for a period of two years from the date of approval. If no action is taken before May 9, 2022, the special use permit will become
invalid.
