Holly Springs, NC 27540 RE: NON-RESIDENTIAL SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION/PERMIT # BOA2109-0003 PIN # 0635-39-3690.000 To Brad & Charlotte Truelove, On October 11th, 2021, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a non-residential special use permit for a RV & Boat Storage facility in the RA-30 zoning district located on the property identified as PIN # 0635-39-3690.000. Please continue to work with the Harnett County Planning Department to obtain commercial site plan approval and all required development permits in order to validate this approval. Please be advised that the special use permit is valid for a period of two years from the date of approval. If no action is taken before October 11, 2023, the special use permit will become invalid.
