BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Jay Sikes, Development Services, Tammy Ward, GIS/E911 Addressing, Jay Meyers & Katherine Moore, Harnett Regional Water; Leslie Jackson, Fire Marshal; Bill Dreitzer,
Engineer; Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health

CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. This meeting was held via zoom due to the Covid-19 virus.

OLD BUSINESS:
V. NEW BUSINESS:
A.PROVIDENCE CREEK PHASE 1-MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SITE2108-0030). Patty Harrell-Hillburn represented the application and the Board made discussion
DECISION: Jay Sikes; Development Services, made a motion to Conditionally Approve the plat and Tammy Ward, E911/Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to Conditionally
Approve the plat. (SEE PROVIDENCE CREEK PHASE 1 DECISION PACKET).
B.WILLIAMS FARM PHASE 2- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN/PLAT REVIEW, ABJ INVESTMENTS, LLC, DEVELOPER, (SUB2110-0023) No
One represented the application, Scott Brown was omitted from the meeting on zoom.
DECISION: Tammy Ward, E911/Addressing, made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Jay Sikes, Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE WILLIAMS FARM PHASE 2 DECISION PACKET).
C. CAMPBELL RIDGE- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2110-0024). Trevor Dalton represented the application and the Board made discussion.
DECISION: Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Tammy Ward; E911/Addressing second the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally
approve the plan. (SEE CAMPBELL RIDGE DECISION PACKET).
D. RETREAT AT NORTH MAIN – MAJOR SUBDIVISON PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2110-0027). Don Curry Curry Engineers represented the application and the Board made discussion.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; E911/Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Jay Sikes, Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally
approve the plan. (SEE RETREAT AT NORTH MAIN DECISION PACKET).
E. TOWNS AT NORTH MAIN-MULTI-FAMILY SITE PLAN REVIEW (SITE2110-0002). Don Curry, Curry Engineers represented the application and the Board made discussion.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; E911/Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE TOWNS AT NORTH MAIN DECISION PACKET).
F. DOLLAR GENERAL BUIES CREEK-SITE PLAN REVIEW (SITE2110-0003). Ross Godwin represented the application and the Board made discussion.
