The engineer for the project has attached a site plan, and will be available for comment in regards to how they plan to deal with the conditions on site. As the watershed board, the BOA may grant a SNIA on a project by project basis as long as there is available area within the watershed and the applicant does not go over 70% impervious. The property described meets those criteria, so please ask us if you have any questions. If approved, this project will go through the Commercial Site Plan Review via the Development Review Board. A watershed balance sheet will accompany this report.
