BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Jay Sikes, Development Services, Shane Cummings; Public Utilities, Tammy Ward, GIS/E911 Addressing, Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health, Bill Dreitzler, County
Engineer; Leslie Jackson, Fire Marshal
OTHERS PRESENT: Theresa Jones, Recording Secretary, Landon Chandler, Development Services
CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. This meeting was held via zoom due to the Covid-19 virus.
BOARD INTRODUCTIONS
PUBLIC COMMENT (30 MINUTES)
OLD BUSINESS:
A.JUMPING RUN LANDING - MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Beth Blackmon, Timmons Group represented the application and the board made discussion
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion to hold the plat and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to hold the plat. (SEE JUMPING
RUN LANDING DECISION PACKET).
V. NEW BUSINESS:
A.AMERICAN DREAM BASEBALL FIELD COMPANY- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Kendall Grimsley and Greg Clark represented the application and the board made discussion
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Shane Cummings; Harnett Regional Water seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote
too conditionally approve the plat. (SEE AMERICAN DREAM BASEBALL FIELD DECISION PACKET).
B. US 401 INDUSTRIAL PARK- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Scott Brown, 4D Site Solutions and Brian Raynor, Highland Paving represented the application and the board made discussion
DECISION: Jay Sikes; Development Services made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE US 401 INDUSTRIAL PARK DECISION PACKET).
C. WEST POINTE- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Beth Blackmon; Timmons Group and Dustin Weaver, Weaver Development represented the application and the board made discussion
DECISION: Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote
too conditionally approve the plat. (SEE WEST POINTE DECISION PACKET).

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Jay Sikes made a motion to approve the minutes for the June 2, 2021 DRB meeting and it was seconded by Tammy Ward
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 9:45
