WELCOME: Landon Chandler, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. This meeting was held via zoom due to the Covid-19 virus. BOARD INTRODUCTIONS PUBLIC COMMENT (30 MINUTES) OLD BUSINESS: V. NEW BUSINESS: A.HAVEN PHASES 1&2- MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Lester Stancil, Stancil & Associates represented the application and the board made discussion DECISION: Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally approve the plat. (SEE HAVEN PHASE 1 & 2 DECISION PACKET). B. THE MANORS PART 2 D- MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Fleet Temple, Enoch Engineers represented the application and the board made discussion DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Landon Chandler, Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally approve the plat. (SEE THE MANORS PART 2D DECISION PACKET). C.HIGHGROVE POINTE REVISED-MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Shane Sanders, S & S Engineering and Bob Stafford, Developer represented the application and the board made discussion DECISION: Shane Cummings; Harnett Regional Water made a motion to hold the plat and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to hold the plat. (SEE HIGHGROVE POINTE REVISED DECISION PACKET). D. GRYPHON ESTATES - MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Wayne Mauldin, Mauldin Watkins Surveying represented the application and the board made discussion DECISION: Shane Cummings; Harnett Regional Water made a motion to hold the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to hold the plat. (SEE GRYPHON ESTATES DECISION PACKET). E. PATTERSON TRACT - MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Fleet Temple, Enoch Engineering represented the application and the board made discussion DECISION: Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. VI: OTHER BUSINESS: APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Tammy Ward made a motion to approve the minutes for the April DRB meeting and seconded by Landon Chandler ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 9:54
