5. Area computed by coordinate method.
6. The property lies in Zone "X" per National Flood
Insurance Program Flood Insurance Rate Map #3710954600L,
dated 10/17/2006 & #3710956600J, dated 10/03/2006.
7. No grid monuments found within 2000'
8. No evidence of cemeteries were observed at the time of survey.
9. Surveyor has made no investigation or independent search for
easements of record, encumbrances, restrictive covenants, ownership
title evidence or any other facts that an accurate and current title search
may disclose.

14. No Un-Permitted disturbance of Wetlands allowed.
15. Soils have been evaluated by Southeastern Soil & Environmental Associates, Inc.
See letter dated July 21, 2018 to Mr. Chris Manning in reference area 'A'.
16. All stormwater created from improvements to the shown new lots shall be treated
on site and discharged in a controlled manner not to cause erosion.
17. This development is within one mile of a Voluntary Agriculture District.
18. Fire hydrants and street lights are installed in accordance with the Harnett County
Unified Development Ordinance.
19. Approval of this Plat/Plan does not guarantee water capacity or wastewater
capacity. Current/future capacity may not be available. This development may
require additional improvements to the existing water and wastewater system to
meet future water and wastewater demands prior to a preliminary plat,
construction plan and/or final plat approval.
