WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. This meeting was held via teleconferencing due to the Covid-19 virus. BOARD INTRODUCTIONS PUBLIC COMMENT (30 MINUTES) OLD BUSINESS: A. SERENITY PHASE II – MAJOR PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Ben Taylor, Timmons Group , Nick Cantrelli represented the application and the board made discussion DECISION: Shane Cummings; Harnett Regional Water made a motion to hold the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health seconded the 0motion.There was a unanimous vote to hold the plat. (SEE SERENITY PHASE II DECISION PACKET V. NEW BUSINESS: A. J & C POWDER COATING-COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Tom Spaulding represented the application and the board made discussion DECISION: Jay Sikes, Development Services made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally approve the plat. (SEE J & C POWDER COATING DECISION PACKET) B. QUAIL GLEN PHASE 4B- MAJOR FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Lester Stancil, Stancil & Associates Surveying represented the application and the board made discussion DECISION: Shane Cummings, Harnett Regional Water made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally approve the plat. (SEE QUAIL GLEN PHASE 4B DECISION PACKET). C. THE COLONY@LEXINGTON PLANTATION PHASE 3A,3B, 3C - MAJOR PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Fleet Temple, Enoch Engineering represented the application and the board made discussion DECISION: Jay Sikes, Development Services made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Shane Cummings, Harnett Regional Water seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to hold the plat. (SEE THE COLONY@LEXINGTON PLANTATION PHASES 3A, 3B, 3C DECISION PACKET). VI: OTHER BUSINESS: APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Jay Sikes made the motion to approve the minutes for the June 24, 2020 meeting and Shane Cummings seconded it. There was a unanimous vote to approve the minutes. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 9:54
