On July 8th, 2019, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a conditional use permit for a ‘Storage, Self Mini-Warehouse’ on a parcel of land identified as Harnett County PIN
0661-16-6469.000 with no conditions.
Please be aware that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of approval. If no further action is taken before that period expires, the conditional use
permit will be invalid. The next step will be to complete the site plan review process with Harnett County Development Services.
