The requested rezoning to Commercial is compatible with Harnett County regulatory documents and would not have an unreasonable impact on the surrounding community based on this parcel’s
current zoning classification and the existing infrastructure within the area. In addition, an amendment to this parcel’s Land Use classification to Medium Density Residential is reasonable
based on the existing infrastructure and adjacent MDR classification.
Therefore, the Harnett County Commissioners APPROVE this rezoning request.
