Front St. Lillington, NC 27546 NON-PUBLIC HEARING This meeting will not be open to members of the public to attend in person, however, listening options are listed below 1. Call to order and welcome – Chairman Kathy Wood 2. Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Planning Board Review: Case # PLAN 2004-0001 Landowner/Applicant: Blaylock Grading Company; 10.4 +/- acres (3 proposed new lots); Out of Pin # 0661-64-6982.000; Neill’s Creek Township; Intersection of SR # 1513 ( Neill’s Creek Road) & SR # 1609 (Dry Creek Road). The applicant requests an exception from the Minor Subdivision ‘three year rule’. In April 2019, 3 lots were created across the street. Now the owner wants to further subdivide the remainder of the parent parcel. These new lots will be approximately 1.8, 6.6, and 2.0 acres. Article III, Sect 8.2.1 D of the Harnett County Unified Development Ordinance: 5. Other Business 6. Adjourn CONDUCT OF THE JUNE 1ST MEETING OF THE HARNETT COUNTY PLANNING BOARD Balancing the need to continue to conduct the business of the County and the need to comply with the Governor’s Executive Order and prudent recommendations from the CDC and the NCDHHS, the Harnett County Planning Board will convene their June 1, 2020 regular meeting under certain conditions: A quorum of the Harnett County Planning Board and staff will be teleconferencing this meeting to maintain the recommended social distancing of 6 feet. All Planning Board members will call into the meeting. Only County government staff necessary to conduct the meeting or to speak on the scheduled agenda item will be in attendance.    The June 1st meeting will not be open to members of the public to attend in person as we are observing the current provisions of any Executive Orders related to mass gatherings and public health guidance regarding social distancing. The public will have the opportunity to listen to the meeting by calling into the meeting. If you wish to call in and listen to the meeting you may dial (910) 814-3079.  Please remember to mute your phone while listening so as not to disrupt others listening. There will not be an opportunity for the general public to provide a comment for any of the agenda items listed above. The meeting will be recorded and posted on the website following the meeting as usual. The Planning Board appreciates the public’s patience and understanding as they seek to ensure the continuity of County operations while demonstrating compliance with State law and prudent public health practices in these difficult times.
