To: Mr. Randy McKoy
On May 10, 2021, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a residential special use permit for a single
section manufactured home in the RA-30 zoning district located on the property identified as PIN # 0528-13-
1752.000. The board granted the special use permit with the following conditions included as part of the
approval:
- the property obtain an approved easement in order to grant access to the proposed dwelling.
In order to validate this approval, you must obtain all required developmental permits as well as consent and
adhere to the conditions placed on the approved special use permit. This documentation must be submitted to
Harnett County Central Permitting in order to begin your residential development process.
Please be advised that the special use permit is valid for a period of two years from the date of approval. If no
action is taken before May 10, 2023, the special use permit will become invalid.
