On April 20, 2021, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a non-residential Special
Use permit for an Automobile Service Repair facility with an Auto Sales office as a minor
accessory use, for the property at PIN # 0610-66-9539.000. The Board granted the conditional
use permit with no additional conditions.
Please be advised that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of
approval. If no action is taken before April 20, 2022, the Special Use permit will become invalid.
Please continue to work with the Harnett County Development Services to begin the site plan
review process.
