We will look at ways to include the information regarding the approved CUP for the adjacent property that satisfies everyone. I imagine the county will also have some feedback regarding how they would want us to handle this. I have attached the exhibits we shared last night and I will be glad to continue the conversation as the plan evolves thru the process. What a small world it is! It’s so funny how closely tied the development, consulting and planner community is. I hope Adam is doing well, miss working with him in FV. I think he went somewhere east? Another small world note, Dave Ballentine works with me and was on last night. He had nice things to say about working with you in Chapel Hill. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Hi Beth, Thank you for helping us with questions last evening regarding the Senter Farm proposal. As I mentioned, the Andrews family wants to confirm that any potential new residents will be informed that a Conditional Use Permit has been issued by Harnett County for a Recreational Facility: Outdoor Firing Range with associated accessory activities immediately adjacent to the east. One of our suggestions is that a note be provided on application materials as well as on any plat or document for recordation noting that the Outdoor Firing Range and associated activities is immediately next door. One last item, our younger son, Adam Culpepper, asked us to say hello to you. He said he was happy to work with you when he was with Fuquay-Varina! Please send a copy of the plan you provided at the Community Outreach Meeting. Thank you, JB J.B. Culpepper, AICP Consulting Planner TC-2, LLC 919-612-1088
