On February 8, 2021, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment voted to table the residential special use permit application for a multi-section manufactured home in the RA-30 zoning district
located on the property identified as PIN # 0528-62-6399.000. The Board tabled the special use permit application until the next available Board of Adjustment meeting on April 12,
2021. The meeting will be held at 309 W. Cornelius Harnett Blvd. at 6:00 PM. Attendance of the applicant is mandatory.
