Cary, NC 27519 RE: Non-Residential Special Use Permit APPLICATION # BOA2012-0005 PIN # 0654-63-8315.000, 0654-74-3591.000, 0654-86-6486.000, 0654-86-9430.000 To Mr. Steve George, On February 8, 2021, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved the non-residential special use application BOA2012-0005 for the properties identified as PIN #s 0654-63-8315.000, 0654-74-3591.000, 0654-86-6486.000, and 0654-86-9430.000 with the following condition: The requested use must be adhere to the developmental guidelines as prescribed to the Board of Adjustment. In order to validate this approval, you must obtain all required developmental permits as well as consent and adhere to the conditions placed on the approved special use permit. This document must be signed and submitted to Harnett County Planning Department in order to continue your development process (please see the reverse side of this letter). Please be advised that the special use permit is valid for a period of two years from the date of approval. If no action is taken before February 8, 2023, the special use permit will become invalid.
