Sanford, NC 27332 RE: BOA2009-0003 PIN # 9576-78-0421.000 Mr. Alex Madrigal, On October 12, 2020, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a non-residential conditional use permit for a gunsmiting business for PIN # 9576-78-0421.000. The Board granted the conditional use permit with the following conditions: -The hours of operation will be limited to 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM by appointment only Monday – Friday. Saturday and Sunday hours are limited to 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Please be advised that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of approval. If no action is taken before October 12, 2021, the conditional use permit will become invalid. Please continue to work with the Harnett County Planning Department to begin the site plan review process.
