Coats, NC 27521 RE: BOA2009-0004 PIN # 1509-41-3739.000 Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, On October 12, 2020, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a residential conditional use permit for a single-section manufactured home in the RA-30 zoning district for PIN # 1509-41-3739.000. The Board of Adjustment granted the conditional use permit without imposing conditions. Please be advised that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of approval.
