On July 13, 2020, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a conditional use permit
for a manufactured home in the RA-30 zoning district for the property PIN # 1602-02-4796.
The Board granted the conditional use permit without imposing any additional conditions.
Please be advised that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date
of approval. If no further action is taken before July 13, 2021, the conditional use permit will
become invalid.
