To Whom It May Concern:
On July 13, 2020, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment denied an application for conditional use permit for a “Dog Training Business” to be placed on an individual parcel of land,
identified as PIN 0506-84-2606.000, within the RA-20R zoning district.
Any appeal of the Board of Adjustment’s decision must be made in Superior Court within 30 calendar days of the decision.
Due to the denial of the conditional use permit, the continued operation of a “Dog Training Business” located at 64 Teak Wood Court would be a direct violation of the Harnett County
Unified Development Ordinance. In accordance with Article XIII, Section 7.0 of the Harnett County Unified Development Ordinance, compliance with the current violation must be rendered
no later than August 17, 2020. Noncompliance shall force Harnett County Development Services to engage in and impose any and all enforcement actions and penalties upon you.
