The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in work session for their 2016 Planning
Retreat on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at the CCCC Center, 660 E. Johnson Street, Dunn, North
Carolina.

Dr. Bud Marchant, CCCC President, welcomed the group to the CCCC facility. Bill Tyson,
Harnett County Provost, also addressed the group. Chairman Burgin led the Pledge of
Allegiance and Invocation.
