Statement-of-Consistency
The requested rezoning to Commercial would have an unreasonable impact on the surrounding communit due to increased traffic, noise, and the allowance of uses permitted in Commercial
zoning, some of which may not be compatible with the residential nature of the community.
Therefore the Harnett County Commissioners DENY the rezoning request.
