The requested rezoning to RA-20R was found to have an unreasonable impact on the surrounding community and does not enhance or maintain the public health, safety, and general welfare
due to the potential school impacts on an existing, overburdened school system in this area.
Therefore the Harnett County Commissioners DENY the rezoning request.
