Scott….per the latest GIS update, it seems to be about .06 ac that
remains residential. This rough sketch also seems to indicate that this
section is about 17’ wide at its deepest point. This whole area would
be within the required buffer/ landscaped area along this property line,
thus not prohibiting the use of the land. So, please let me know if
your client is OK with this determination and we can return or destroy,
the check & app for the rezoning request.

Hey Michele….I have a question about this parcel. I think there was a
recent recombination plat recorded for this lot. So, is there a
possible mapping adjustment on the front 2 corners, where if shifted the
Commercial would align? ….gold near the “3359” & red under “BUD”
