and response reasons, limiting for a single entrance. I think if we
continue to make variances for these situations, it undermines the
ordinance. That said, we can’t enforce it, but recommend against it.

Subject: Windy Hill: street length variance
Hey Rodney & Banks….I wanted to send this to see if you had any
comments or thoughts about the request.
This street length variance request is going before the Planning Board
on Monday June 3rd. It’ll be solely on the applicant to make their
case. I’ll just talk about the basics but can add anything that the
Fire Marshall’s office may deem appropriate. So far, they haven’t
submitted a written justification or any alternative emergency
egress/ingress easement, etc.
