HomeMy WebLinkAboutITRE_residential tripsJay, The Institute for Transportation Engineers is considered the "guiding light" on Trip Generation. Trip Generation varies by use and the ITE table is updated regularly. For single family residential, use 10 trips per day as a general rule of thumb and you will be close. Sincerely, Bill William W. The next time you are local just ride by and check it out if you don’t mind maybe contact Ricky and see what he says is going on offer a suggestion, this way we can pass it along to the home owners etc. doesn’t have to be anything formal and email will work if that’s ok with you. You probably already pulled this; however, attached is the FEMA map verifying that any regulatory floodplain is a significant distance south along Bradley until you get closer to the river. I have worked with Ricky Temple for nearly 30 years. I would be glad to give him a call and meet with him to discuss his thoughts to mitigate the flooding. However, I agree that it is not a County problem with the exception of potential failing septic systems. Just let me know if you want me to investigate any further. Sincerely, Bill William W.
