Landowner/Applicant: Crosslink Partners, LLC; 48.6 +/- acres; Pin # 0664-60-2324.000; Black River Township; The applicant requests a Variance of an additional 3,600 feet to the U.D.O
Article VII, Section 2.10.1, “Street Length Variance” where it states that no permanent dead-end street shall exceed 2,500 feet in length.

Landowner/Applicant: Bobby & Betty Matthews / Mark Puryear; 12.6 +/- acres (out of 34.5 +/- acre tract to be reclassified); Pin # 0653-29-8668.000; Hector’s Creek Township. This parcel
is currently split by two land use classifications. The current use of the whole parcel is vacant farmland. The applicant is requesting a Land Use Map Amendment from Agricultural
& Rural Residential to Employment Mixed Use.
