The proposed acreage to be changed to EMU is 12.6 ac +- based on GIS. The remaining area is 2. Land use on plat – see attached. 3. Since this is our first requested amendment to our fairly new LU Plan, we want to be a detailed as possible, thus more info is needed for the application. So, at your earliest opportunity possible, please send me acreage amount that is proposed to be amend, also please show the existing LU boundary on your map. In addition, just in case we are asked, please send an approx. lot count as if building/ designing within the existing Land Use classifications. Please let me know if further discussion is needed.
