BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Jay Sikes; Development Services, Tammy Ward; GIS/ E911 Addressing Department, Shane Cummings; Public Utilities, Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health; Bill Dreitzler,
Engineer
OTHERS PRESENT: Theresa Jones, Recording Secretary, Landon Chandler; Development Services
CALL TO ORDER: Landon Chandler, Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.
BOARD INTRODUCTIONS
PUBLIC COMMENT (30 MINUTES)
OLD BUSINESS:
V. NEW BUSINESS:
A. WEEKS SAND MINE PIT#3- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. No one represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
DECISION: Jay Sikes, Development Services made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally
approval the plat. (SEE WEEKS SAND MINE DECISION PACKET).
B. MASON POINTE PHASE 2- MAJOR FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Grey Methven, KB Homes represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to
conditionally approve the plat. (SEE MASON POINTE PHASE 2 DECISION PACKET).
C. CAROLINA SEASONS SECT 6 LOTS 1-6- MAJOR PRELIMINARY & FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Bob Koonce, Koonce Design represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to
conditionally approve the plat. (SEE CAROLINA SEASONS SECT 6 LOTS 1-6 DECISION PACKET).
VI: OTHER BUSINESS:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Jay Sikes made the motion to approve the minutes for the May 1, 2019 meeting and it was seconded by Shane Cummings. There was a unanimous vote to approve the minutes.
