WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. BOARD INTRODUCTIONS PUBLIC COMMENT (30 MINUTES) OLD BUSINESS: V. NEW BUSINESS: A. OAKHAVEN – MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Fleet Temple, Enoch Engineers represented the application and discussions were made by the board. DECISION: Tammy Ward, GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Banks Wallace, Fire Marshal seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE OAKHAVEN DECISION PACKET). B. NEILLS CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH EXPANSION- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Ethan Averrett, Stocks Engineering represented the application and discussions were made by the board. DECISION: Tammy Ward, GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Shane Cummings, Public Utilities seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to
