WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. BOARD INTRODUCTIONS PUBLIC COMMENT (30 MINUTES) OLD BUSINESS: A.THE MANORS@LEXINGTON PLANTATION PART 2C- MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Fleet Temple, Enoch Engineering represented the application and discussions were made by the board. Decision: Tammy Ward; GIS/911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE THE MANORS@LEXINGTON PART 2C DECISION
