WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. BOARD INTRODUCTIONS PUBLIC COMMENT (30 MINUTES) OLD BUSINESS: V. NEW BUSINESS: A. RAY ROAD CAR WASH- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Scott Brown; 4D Site Solutions represented the application and discussions were made by the board. Decision: Jay Sikes, Development Services made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Amanda Bader: County Engineer seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE RAY ROAD CAR WASH DECISION PACKET). B. LILLINGTON DOLLAR GENERAL SPRING HILL CHURCH RD – COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Scott Brown, 4D Site Solutions represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
