D Sanford, NC 27330 RE: BOA1903-0001 Conditional Use Permit PIN 0610-24-0357.000 To Whom It May Concern: On April 8th, 2019, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a conditional use permit for a ‘Manufactured Home’ to be placed on an individual parcel of land, identified as PIN 0610-24-0357.000, within the RA-30 zoning district was approved with no conditions. Please be aware that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of approval. If no further action is taken before that period expires the conditional use permit will become invalid. You may now proceed to Central Permitting to begin the setup process.
