To Whom It May Concern:
On December 10, 2018, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a conditional use permit (CUP) for a ‘Multi-Section Manufactured Home’ to be placed on an individual parcel of land,
identified as PIN 0613-52-3984.000, within the RA-30 zoning district. This permit was approved with no conditions. The approval of this CUP exempts the property from the requirement
of having one (1) acre and 150 feet of property frontage along a right-of-way or easement.
Please be aware that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of approval. If no further action is taken before that period expires, the conditional use
permit will become invalid. This conditional use permit may be revoked by the Board of Adjustment if the permit holder does not strictly adhere to the conditions of approval.
You may now proceed to Central Permitting to begin the setup process.
