Roy Drive Apex, NC 27523 RE: BOA1808-0002 Conditional Use Permit PIN 0613-52-3984.000 To Whom It May Concern: On September 10th, 2018, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a conditional use permit for a ‘Multi-Section Manufactured Home’ to be placed on an individual parcel of land, identified as PIN 0613-52-3984.000, within the RA-30 zoning district was approved with no conditions. Please be aware that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of approval. If no further action is taken before that period expires, the conditional use permit will become invalid. This conditional use permit may be revoked by the Board of Adjustment if the permit holder does not strictly adhere to the conditions of approval.
