Planning Board Review: Case # UDO-18-214 Landowner/Applicant: David George Brown, 8.8 +/- acres (1 new lot); Out of Pin # 0620-48-0948.000; Upper Little River Township; SR # 1314 (Raven Rock Road). The applicant is requesting a review of the 3 year rule of the UDO, Article III, Section 8.2.1 (D); which states that the minor subdivision procedure may not be used a second time within three (3) years on any property less than 1,500 feet from the original property boundaries by anyone who owned, had an option on, or held any legal interest in the original subdivision at the time. 5. Variance: Case # V-18-215 Landowner/Applicant: Carmen Tutor Blanton / Development by the Numbers, Inc.; 35.51 +/- acre; Pin # 0664-38-0507.000; Hector’s Creek Township; The applicant requests a Variance of an additional 400 feet to the U.D.O Article VII, Section 2.10.1, “Street Length Variance” where it states that no permanent dead-end street shall exceed 2,500 feet in length. 6.
