HomeMy WebLinkAboutRe FW Farm land Dave Holm - CWCP response to request to contact Mountaire and Pilgrim's PrideHey David,
Yes they will speak with them also the only reason I mentioned Purdue
Cargil is because they have ongoing studies and literature that address
this issue and are excellent sources for pertinent information. Those
independent companies will also be contacted just to let you know.

Good morning,
Sorry for the multiple e-mails but we keep getting follow up
questions/comments every time we relay information.
Apparently the neighboring farmers contract through Mountaire
Farms and Pilgrim's Pride Corporation. You mentioned your vets would be
speaking with Cargil and Purdue but if your vets could touch base with
representatives from either of those companies I think that would be
helpful.
Again, please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,

Hello David,
Thank you for the update. The final USDA permit paperwork is
still in progress the Veterinary side has extensive protocols to
develope and write. The USDA wants us to submit it after we have begun
construction so they will be able to physically be there as we develop.
To update you we are in the process of submitting a commercial driveway
entrance application to NCDOT. We also are sending some barn plans to
Brad for consideration of being farm exempt.
Have a great day.

Mr. Holm,
Good morning. Just wanted to follow up with you after
the Board of Adjustment meeting Monday night. I have sent an approval
letter in the mail.
But I also had a quick question regarding the USDA
licensing application process. What information has your group submitted
to the USDA regarding this facility?
Any information/update you can provide would be
appreciated.
Thank you,

Good afternoon,
1. Yes, there is a 6 inch county waterline along
Patterson Road in front of 1096 Patterson Road
2. When we were speaking of the potential for
“exotic” animals/livestock component of the property, that would
classify as a “Zoo & Petting Zoo” land use under our UDO. This is
allowable with the approval of a conditional use permit in the RA-30
zoning district
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,

Hello Mr. McRae
One question I forgot to ask you yesterday evening was
is there county water available for that parcel of land that 1096
Patterson Rd. Or will we need to dig our own well ?
