To Whom It May Concern:
On the night of July 9th, 2018, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a conditional use permit for a ‘Residential Planned Unit Development’ use with the following conditions:
1.) The development must adhere to the submitted conceptual design plan as submitted into evidence with the deletion of item (G) from the proposed conditions as described:
2.) “G. Staff Changes: County Staff shall have authority to approve or deny any changes to the Site Plan within a 15% variance of approved plan. Appeals may be submitted to the County
Planning Board.”
Please be aware that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of approval. If no further action is taken before that period expires, the conditional use
permit will become invalid. The next step will be to complete the Development Review Board process with Harnett County Development Services.
