To whom it may concern:
On May 8, 2017, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a conditional use permit for
a ‘Multifamily Dwelling’ with no conditions. The Harnett County Watershed Review Board also
approved a Special Nonresidential Intensity Allocation (SNIA) permit for the above referenced
parcel.
Please be aware that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of
approval. If no further action is taken before that period expires, the conditional use permit will
become invalid. The next step will be to complete a Development Review Board application with
Harnett County Development Services.
