I want to apologize for not notifying your office the last time we
attempted to dig the footing for the sign. My previous employee was
instructed to call you, the concrete service and the crane service to
cancel.
Evidently, she did not call you. I’m very sorry, this is not how we
typically do business. Cora Hair Replaced her here at my office and she
will be coordinating any future jobs with you. Thanks!
