I just called, but if it's easier for you to respond to email, then
don't worry about calling me back!
One quick question about the inspections. Our first step to installing
this sign is digging a big hole in the ground and placing a steel pole
in it. After that (probably the next day or a few days after), we will
put the actual sign in top of that. Do you guys need to inspect the pole
in the hole or just the sign when it's fully installed?
