Good afternoon,
I am responding to you based on some signage information you sent to
Donna Johnson, referenced in the below e-mails. You sent her the signage
renderings for the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins located at 1490 NC
24-87, Cameron, NC (Harnett PIN 9584-88-3248.000). I have copied Donna
and Randy Baker on this e-mail.
Basically, the renderings you e-mailed Donna do not match the actual
signage installed on the building. Therefore I cannot verify that the
signage installed on the building meets Harnett County’s standards. I
have also attached a series of pictures of the signage.
Please send me the correct renderings of the signage that is installed
on the building so we can sign off on everything.

Jan, it has just been brought to my attention, that we did not get
updated sign rendering plans for the signs on the building. Can you
send those to me so they can get approved and inspected? I must have
overlooked those. The inspector thought they looked ok, but we need to
make sure. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Good afternoon, Jan. Yes, there will be inspections for the ground
sign at Dunkin Donuts. On the ground pole sign (17-50041763) you still
need a zoning and a final inspection. Zoning is first and then the
final. The ground signs (17-50041763) will need the zoning and the
final also. and on the building wall signs (17-50041751) you will need
a zoning inspection only.
