the Town of Lillington, that the hospital is up fitting a procedure room
to a cardiac cath lab. I need a commercial land use application
completed, which I have attached to this email. The commercial plan
review has been completed by our building inspector’s office, but there
is still information needed for the Fire Marshal’s office. T/S:
